ClientFlo is a digital marketing agency. I'm the CEO.

For what projects/services did your company hire Sigmalion?

Sigmalion developed a web tool to pull Google data and show clients the level of demand for certain keywords.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to build an easy-to-use tool as an alternative to the Google keyword planner tool, which is complex and difficult to use.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I've been working with Sigmalion for years. I originally found them on Upwork, but we have developed a relationship after working on several projects.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They built the tool from the ground up, acquiring the appropriate APIs from Google and assembling the designs. They added functionalities, such as a data export feature that creates a clean PDF.

What was the team composition?

My main point of contact was my project manager, who was amazing and spoke fluent English. I also worked with an extremely talented developer. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The tool was a great success; our client loves it and uses it regularly. This project proved our ability to build something useful from the ground up.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I mainly communicated with my project manager. We had a few calls, but it was smooth from start to finish.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Sigmalion did a fantastic job of listening to our business needs, asking the right questions, and reiterating until they understood perfectly.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Honestly, all the work they put out was high-quality. I've worked with them for years, and they have never let me down.
