Please describe your company and your position there.
I am an interior designer serving homeowners, builders, and architects throughout Southeastern New England.

For what projects/services did your company hire Sidewalk Branding Co., and what were your goals?
There are several large design-related sites taking up real-estate on the first page of Google which make it quite difficult for a small business like me to be seen and compete. I hired Chris to get my website on the first page of Google and for ongoing ads on Google and Bing.

How did you select Sidewalk Branding Co. and what were the deciding factors?
I searched for the best marketing firms in Rhode Island, and Chris' company Sidewalk Branding kept coming up. His website was (by far) the easiest to read and understand, so I called him up. He explained things to me in a way that I understood, and I was sold. That was eleven years ago.

Chris performed keyword research, optimized my website, fixed my online business listings and created some new ones, and began running paid ads for my business.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Chris - he's the owner as well as David, Elizabeth, and one other person. He also connected me with the website company and handled all the technical details for me.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The only marketing and advertising I do, is through Sidewalk Branding, and my phone rings, and leads come in. I don't know exactly how they do it, but they keep me busy - which is very difficult during these times.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
When we started, communication was mostly email but as some point our conversations were shifted through their project management tool, which was easy enough for a non-techie like me. As far as responsiveness, it couldn't be better or any quicker.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The team is easy to talk with, and are able to make the complicated technicalities of SEO easy to understand for us. Other than that, look at his credentials and testimonials - they are unbelievable.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
