Our website was outdated and would take at least a minute to even load making it impossible for people to find what they are looking for. We hired them to redesign and implement the new website

We loved the new website program they were offering called Webflow and we have known Michael for a long time

We had several initial meetings to explain what we were looking for in our website and our goals. From that Michael worked with us on getting content for the site while also setting up the design. We wanted to launch the site as soon as possible because our previous site was basically unusable.

We worked with Michael only and he was relaying the message to his team

We are receiving a lot of great praise from our customers about the website and how smooth and efficient it is. It is very easy to get to where you need to on the page and they loved the look.

I was very pleased with their knowledge of design and everything technology-related and it really made things easy for us.

Our website was created over twenty years ago and was not up-to-date with the 21st century. As an executive recruiting firm, we wanted to do our best to market ourselves well online and a modern website was the first step in achieving this goal. Sidekik was a great partner and not only listened to us each step along the process, but also provided valuable insights as we created a comprehensive marketing tool and website.

We completed plenty of online research and spoke with a number of different vendors before deciding to move forward on the project with Sidekik Studio. The biggest factor at play was value relative to price, and in that category Sidekik was unmatched to any other website developers.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives for the project as a first step. The Sidekik Studio team was thoughtful listeners and took our thoughts to develop a comprehensive plan of action with key deliverables. They utilized an up-and-coming website development platform to revamp our website called "Webflow." Deliverables of the project included:

1. Market Research and Copy,
2. Moodboard & Wireframes,
3. UI/UX Design for Mobile & Desktop,
4. Webflow Development,
5. Initial SEO Configurations & Optimization,
6. Training on Content Management System and
7. Website Launch.

I worked primarily with one point of contact, Sidekik Studio's Founder & CEO; Michael Fiore. That said, Michael had a team behind the scenes doing the majority of the development work, and he managed the communication between all parties to ensure we were aligned each step along the way.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the site and combining that with an increased emphasis on social media (i.e., LinkedIn) presence, we've seen a 1,000% increase in total impressions and a 200% increase in total clicks.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had bi-weekly meetings for the first month and a half as Sidekik's development team worked on the back-end framework of the website. We then began to have weekly meetings about halfway through the project as things began to materialize from a content perspective. Michael always made himself via text or call if anything urgent was needed, something as a customer we appreciated greatly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What we found most impressive about this company was a combination of a few things: (1) Responsiveness, (2) Quality and (3) Value. In our opinion, we did find any other vendors out there that matched the combination of these traits better than Sidekik and as a result, we were thrilled with the end product.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were some minor bugs prior to launch that our team at SRA discovered, but they were immediately fixed by the Sidekik team as soon as it was brought to their attention and it did not affect the ultimate outcome in any way.
