Sidekick Orchestration is an AI operations partner based in Vancouver, BC. We work with professionals and leadership teams who have repeated work spread across inboxes, meetings, documents, and customer systems, and want that work to run in a clear, dependable way.

We are a service, not another AI product. We work with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or whichever system fits the work, your existing tools, and your security needs. We start with the work: choose what should change, define the result and boundaries, build the operating layer (context, instructions, connections, review points), support adoption, measure what changed, and decide whether to scale, hand off, or stop.

Two public paths. Fractional AI Leadership gives an organization one accountable person to choose the right work, build the workflows, help the team adopt them, measure the result, and transfer ownership; from CAD 3,000 per month with a 90-day minimum. Sidekick Solo is a configured personal AI workspace for one professional; from CAD 1,200.
