Over the course of our work on FavorHealth, we delivered a patient-facing web portal that supports secure login, viewing procedure instructions, and submitting recovery metrics (including wound images), along with the full onboarding and task workflow to guide patients step-by-step through their post-op care. On the provider side, we delivered practice/patient management features (patient tables, filters, registration, and automated invite/registration links), core practice management (profile, timezone, multi-location support, and document management), and a steady stream of production UI/UX and reliability improvements based on real-world usage—plus integration planning and technical groundwork to support broader healthcare/RPM platform connectivity.
