Shotlist transitioned us from a different vendor, helped us gain ownership of key website components, helped us update the content of our website, and greatly improved the functionality of our website.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

ChoralSong has now been working with Shotlist for 4 months for website maintenance.  Collin & his team have communicated well, set clear expectations, and delivered consistently!  We are so grateful to have Shotlist as part of our extended team.  We are a relatively new non-profit organization & we so appreciate Shotlist's guidance and professionalism.  We look forward to continuing the relationship as we grow our organization!  Our website is now better integrated with our ticketing platform, our key messages are displayed more prominently, and our website is achieving our goals for receiving donations, selling tickets, and promoting our various events.

The team has been very responsive by phone & e-mail.  We were told that routine updates would be completed within three business days.  This expectation has consistently been met.  This meets our needs for time & project management.  The team completes the updates we request & provides helpful guidance on the best way to achieve our objectives.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Collin took the time to really understand our organization, our development, and what we were trying to accomplish.  He put together a clear quote of the expenses and the services to be completed.  His team did a thorough audit of our website at the beginning of the relationship.
