Are there any areas for improvement or something Shopboostr could have done differently?

Shopboostr delivered the platform as agreed. If anything, improvements could be made in the early-stage alignment on detailed specifications (e.g., edge cases and user roles) to reduce the number of iterations later in the process. In addition, more proactive communication around timeline risks and clearer documentation during handover would have made the transition into ongoing operations even smoother.
