The goal was to create a high-impact video that would serve as the emotional and visual centerpiece of our product announcement, appealing to both internal stakeholders and external audiences including CFOs, auditors, and accounting teams.

We reached out to Shoof to help us create the creative messaging for our innovation lab, as well as for two other technology products we developed. The messaging and creative direction weren't straightforward because these are cutting-edge, unique technology services and products, and we needed top-notch creativity to make our offerings shine. The work process was very streamlined, and we were able to provide all our creative inputs to Shoof.

What we appreciated most was that Oren gave feedback based on his professional experience to improve the final product, rather than just accepting everything in our brief. Shortly after a creative meeting (or two), we received the first draft of the scripts. We then met again to review, polish, brainstorm, and modify until the result was perfect. In the end, we got three highly creative movie scripts that we were really happy with

We are in the process of applying for a large grant and part of the application requirements is to submit a clear and concise 3 minute video, explaining our solution and what problem we are trying to solve, as well as pitching what we need funding for and also showcasing the technology. It was also recommended that 3 key members of the team would speak.

Our goal was also to create from the longer cut two shorter, professional videos that would showcase the company and our technology, to be shared on social media and put on our website. Previously we only had external viral videos or news articles about our work to share.

We started with an initial zoom meeting. They worked with us to understand our technology before creating a script. They also took a very long, unprofessional script that we initially created and turned into something very workable.

There was a brief location scouting meeting, as we have 3 different locations within a minute's walk of each other. They organized a shooting day, for which 4 dedicated team members arrived and worked very hard all day.

In the end they delivered a 3 minute video for the application, as well as a 1.5 minute and 50 second video for social media and our website.

We worked with the creative director of the studio, who outlined the project and kept us on schedule. We had several iterations using google sheets to keep track of the key messages, then the script itself was worked on as well till we were happy to proceed. They shared their work via WeTransfer, and we collected our team's feedback in a condensed google sheet/doc.

Our main goal was achieved - we passed the first stage of the application process for the significant funding.

We started with a brief, followed with a detailed script that provided a solution. Then Shoof created a storyboard for the relevant scenes in the video - allowing to visualize the script. We continued with recruiting the relevant actors and finding a location and finished with scheduling the shooting. The shooting day was amazing. It was managed professionally and I enjoyed every minute of having the glance into the behind of the scenes of Hollywood. I even got the chance to take an active part in the video. Post production gave things a super high-quality finish.

Oren was my main point of contact, handling everything from start to end. I had some conversation with another producer who was in charge of scheduling and getting the props needed for the shooting. The process was dynamic and I was able to communicate and provide feedback via email, phone and face-to-face meetings along the way.

Shoof worked closely with our team prior to shoot day to understand the company, its vision, customer and messaging. On shoot day they came in with a producer, camera and sound staff as well as a make up artist. Overall they day was manger quite professionally with a structured schedule yet a good atmosphere. Oren insisted we explore the facility and production floor to see if you can find more unique footage to be used (which we did).

I worked with Oren entirely, and overall it was a good process throughout; from early discussions on the vision for the shoot through the back and forth of the post editing stage.

The final video is up and running on the LMS website and all social media platforms. It’s been positively reviewed.

As mentioned before, it was a good mix of professional demeanour and an easy going energy during the shoot. Oren the producer made things feel very comfortable for some of us not used to being in front of a camera, providing great tips to nail each take.

We approached this project with a clear vision for the final product we had in mind. We were able to translate it into an actual end product with added visual aspects that propelled the entire thing.

Our campaign was an absolute hit. We raised 500K, and two years later we are still going strong. As for Shoof's work - we are still using many of their original materials, which is a testimony to how precise the process was. They helped us more with creating a video, they helped us understand our brand.

Everything was tailor-made. Creating a video like ours was a very complicated task. We did not receive a simple broad outline of the process. Instead, Oren sat down and explained every step of the process, giving us a deep insight into what's ahead. This drill helped us tremendously. We felt safe, heard, and appreciated, and we had complete trust in the end result.

Accuracy. We had many ideas, some good, some bad, some contradicting. We talked about everything, and the result was rendered in lightning speed. Many messages which we felt were too hard to convey, were reshaped into simple forms, and the end result included everything that we wanted, without becoming crowded.
