ShipGenie is a Fort Worth, Texas 3PL for D2C and marketplace brands. We pick, pack, and ship from $1.40 per order with no monthly minimum, and eligible orders received by 11am CT ship the same day. Our rates are published, so you see the full rate card before you ever get on a call. We connect to Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and WooCommerce through your own seller account, and onboarding takes about 3 business days. Services include D2C fulfillment, Marketplace Fulfillment, returns processing, kitting, and pallet outbound. No long-term contract, and a real genie answers the phone.

Our Story
ShipGenie started because our founder went looking for a 3PL as an ecommerce seller and hit a wall. The big names wouldn't take a small brand, pricing was vague until the invoice came, and questions sat in a ticket queue for days. So he built the opposite: a Fort Worth fulfillment warehouse with published rates, no monthly minimum, and a real person who answers the phone. Every brand gets the same care, whether it ships 50 orders a month or 5,000.
