Shiori AI

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of an e-commerce company selling jewelry in the US market.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Shiori AI?

We needed help setting up our foundational SEO and GEO.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Shiori AI has provided SEO and GEO services for our Shopify store. Their work has included market and competitor research, keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO setup. Shiori AI has also provided KPIs to guide us on what to expect after the launch and in how long. Additionally, the team has helped us with off-page link building to improve our presence in AI search.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from Shiori AI.

How did you come to work with Shiori AI?

We found Shiori AI through an online search and a referral. We chose them over other options because their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Shiori AI in October 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Shiori AI has provided keyword research projections and product research. We have KPIs and will continue working with them to ensure we hit them. We’re currently looking at keyword ranking for our products and brand. We’re aiming for the top 20 and trying to get cited by AI search within the first six months. So far, our brand has appeared on ChatGPT when searching for long-tail keywords.

How did Shiori AI perform from a project management standpoint?

Shiori AI has delivered work early and given us time to review it to meet the deadline. Since we’re new to working with an agency, they’ve helped us and ensured we don’t miss our expected deadline. We’ve communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Shiori AI’s speed, quality, and ideas are impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We were initially overwhelmed with how much there was to look through. If Shiori AI could space out the work a bit more, it would help us in the early stages.
