I have my own eCommerce website and I was looking for a company which can help me in increasing my sales through SEO and PPC.

We hired Shineops for SEO and PPC service. Our Goal was to increase the monthly sales by PPC and getting organic traffic and reach by SEO.

People at Shineops are very strong in their fundamentals and process. They know every ins and out of Digital Marketing. We talked with their team and they guide us efficiently in choosing the proper service. Best part is, they are the solution focused and very professional.

I wanted to go with and PPC at start but while having Kick off call, they guide me to go with both SEO and PPC to get better result. Every month they provide us the monthly report for seo. Every week they provide us the weekly report with PPC. During our monthly calls, the Shineops team explains everything to us and considers suggestions from my end.

1 SEO teach lead and 1 Account Manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We started doing SEO since Jan 2022 with this company and we are achieving good result in getting organic traffic. Our keywords are tracking right. With PPC, we are getting huge sale and eventually, our eCommerce business is profitable now.

First of all, we had brain storming meeting with Shineops team where together we understand the project requirement and discuss what services are required. They are very quick in communication. Major communication is done via emails or weekly/ monthly meetings.

Solution focused approach, fundamentally strong and professionalism.
