Shile Consulting assisted us with both the incorporation of a company in Hong Kong and the opening of a corporate bank account. The project was completed within one month.

First step: Company Incorporation:

Shile Consulting assisted us in selecting the most appropriate business structure based on our request.
The whole process of documents preparation was done by Shile Consulting, including articles of association, business registration forms, and ID verification of shareholders.
Shile Consulting also arranged for the provision of a local company secretary and a registered legal address in Hong Kong.

Second step: Bank Account Opening:

Shile Consulting selected and advised on suitable banks based on our needs and provided options, we choose DBS bank.
Shile Consulting collected and submitted all required documents for the bank account opening, including the company’s incorporation documents, proof of business activities. The whole process with hassle-free for us!

Overall we completed the company registration with minimal problems within agreed price and timeframe.
