Shifting Patterns is a Certified B Corporation that transforms teams for greater social impact. We help changemaker leaders overcome the stumbling blocks to effective collaboration, like getting everyone to rally around a common purpose, coming up with an actionable plan to achieve common goals, and making sure that commitments are followed through. 

Making our communities better places to live, work and play requires more than managing tasks and using the latest collaboration technology. It's the quality of our relationships that ultimately determines not only what gets done, but the quality of results achieved. When people work better together, positive change follows.  

We work with teams within nonprofits and businesses with a social mission as well as groups of organizations that are partnering to solve problems in their community that are too big and complex for any individual or organization to solve on their own.
