For what projects/services did your company hire Sherpapps, and what were your goals?

We needed a software to manage one of our business and to be able to have more control and efficiency in our processes. Our goals were to have a system that gave us all data related to different projects, Dashboard and statistics to control our inventory, quality of our services and the efficiency in our logistics. This help ous to reduce costs and improve our logistics.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

One factor was the experience of the team and Developers and also the flexibility in the agreement, since they were always Interested in helping us to achieve our goals. We had different changes in the process from our side and they were flexibles with oue agreements and also the budget. They also developed us an app to be able to use the system from our mobile devices.

We first had a round of meetings to understand our problems and goals. After that they designed mock ups before the development. In the development process he had different meetings to test and to give feedbacks. At the end the project extender for 1-2 months since they also developed the app.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with 4 members in the project. A project manager, desígner and 2 full Stack developers (senior level). All of them professionals, commited, and enthusiastics.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We had a significant improvement and reduce our data entry errors in more that 80%. It also made our staff more time efficient and were able to Focus on the quality of our service to our final client. We ere able to reduce costs 30% aprox by having more control an taming better decisions with our suppliers and materials.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We communicated through MS teams, Skype and github. They had a timeline for every step of the project and gave us deadlines to check and aproved.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There high Coding level and commitment to deliver the best product for us. They always gave the best recommendations even if it was more complex for them to Develop.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The quality of their work was great and we accomplished all our objectives and goals. I think they can improve in the time response during the negotiation and business agreement.
