Shearwater Solutions LLC

We start with the business problem, not the technology. That one habit is behind everything we build, and it's the reason the work actually gets used after we hand it over. I'm a cofounder of Shearwater Solutions and a senior operator. Between my cofounder and me, we bring more than 25 years of experience building the teams, processes, systems, and technology that keep growing businesses moving. I've worked inside both mature enterprises and early-stage startups, turning real operational problems into practical solutions. What I do best: - Custom applications, built for how your team actually works rather than how a vendor decided it should - Business process improvement and automation - AI-enabled workflows that remove repetitive work - Websites, SEO, and conversion optimization - Dashboards, documentation, and the systems that keep it all running Here's what I care about most, and it's the part most freelancers never mention. I came from customer support. I know the real anxiety of hiring someone online isn't whether the work will be good, it's whether you'll be left in the dark, talked down to, or ignored when something breaks. That never happens with us. You'll always know where things stand, and no question is ever too small. You'll work directly with a senior operator who has built and led businesses in the real world, not a rotating bench of junior developers. Based in Colorado with a cofounder in Sweden, Shearwater provides responsive coverage across nearly every business time zone. The goal is simple: reduce friction, give your team time back, and build something useful enough that you'll gladly recommend it.
