I’m the project manager at Job Search Online, a job portal platform that lists job seekers and companies that are hiring.

What challenge were you trying to address with Shartra Technology Pvt. Ltd.?

We needed someone to design and develop our job portal.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Shartra Technology Pvt. Ltd. designed and developed our portal from scratch using the CodeIgniter PHP framework, MySQL, and custom code. They implemented an ERP solution.

The team completed the portal in April 2019. They continue to do development work as well as testing and maintenance. We plan to engage them for marketing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve done a good job, and I appreciate their hard work. We had some complex modules that needed to be implemented for the online job search component of the portal, and they developed our management dashboard very well. Now, we can manage our sub-admins and other staff for the online job search.

How did Shartra Technology Pvt. Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

I really appreciate their project manager, who makes suggestions on how things can be better and what issues we will face in the future if we make other choices. We have a project management tool that we’re connected to. They provide me with updates at the end of each week. Communication is very good, and they offer great support. We use WhatsApp, Skype, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like Shartra Technology Pvt. Ltd.’s customer service. They work really hard for us. They’re available on the weekend if we need them. They also put me in direct communication with their technical person if required.

I recommend they start working with AI.
