Sharkitect Digital

Sharkitect Digital is an AI transformation consulting firm in Kansas City for owner-run businesses with 5 to 30 people and $1M to $10M in revenue. Ever bought a tool that never paid off? We work with any industry, and trades and home services are where we started.

We start with the work, not the technology. In the AI Transformation Partnership, we map how the work moves through your business, rank every bottleneck, and fix one constraint at a time. Sometimes the fix is AI. Other times plain automation is enough, or a tool you already pay for, set up properly, or a written SOP with one person who owns it. We'll tell you when the answer isn't AI. We train your team and teach you why the fix works. Everything we build is yours, with accounts in your name from day one.

One example of this kind of fix: an award-winning, family-owned flooring & remodeling company in the Kansas City area cut estimate time from about 37 minutes to under a minute. Over the first five months, that saved about 184 hours of manual work, and a person still approves every estimate before it goes out.

The goal is a business that runs without you in the middle, and without us.

The first step is the Architecture Assessment: 60 to 90 minutes looking at how your work moves and where it gets stuck.
