I am the CEO of Genesia. We provide expert genetic counseling services, specializing in oncology and reproductive medicine, to support precise diagnosis, personalized treatment, and informed decision-making in collaboration with other medical specialties.

What challenge were you trying to address with Shapert?

We needed a partner who could deeply understand our business, processes, and real needs, and who could proactively propose ideas and improvements, especially around automation and internal tools. It was important that any implementation made sense for the long term and would be indispensable to our operations.

The main evidence of impact is the high rate of use of the tools and dashboards developed by Shapert. These solutions are now indispensable to our daily operations. The most significant measurable outcome has been the time saved by our team, although we did not track specific figures.

Shapert designed a conversational UI that allowed users to input a query in natural language, that a LLM interprets and uses to select the most appropriate report (from a defined list) with proper filters to fulfill the users need

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Onboarding of users to the new conversational report feature. The implementation succesfully identified the right report 85% of the times with the necessary filters to match the user's query. 

−8% average labor cost reduction for active clients.

−60% reduction in reporting-related support tickets.

The timeline of the project was very clear from the beginning and Shapert never missed a deadline. They were very professional and experienced, and besides the technical expertise, they bring a very strong strategical perspective to make the most of the implementation.
