Our Story

SEVENEDGE builds custom business software from Krosno, in the Rzeszow area of southeastern Poland. We started because too many companies run on spreadsheets, paper and four disconnected tools that nobody owns. We build the one system that replaces all of it, and we keep it running afterwards. Clients talk to the engineers who write the code, and to the same people who answer when something breaks at 2am. Working software every week, not one reveal at the end.

We have a hotel property management system and a time and attendance system running in one venue, and a production management system running in a precast concrete plant in Sanok, Poland. The rest is general business software, where the industry matters less than the data model. What matters is whether the process is well enough understood to be written down. If it is, we can build it. If it is not, that is what the paid discovery sprint is for.

TypeScript everywhere. Next.js and React on the front, Node.js on the back, PostgreSQL underneath, React Native when it genuinely has to be an app rather than a PWA. For AI work we build on Claude and OpenAI models, wired into real systems through n8n or straight into the codebase, not as a chat window bolted onto the side. We deploy on Linux servers we manage ourselves, behind nginx. We do not pick a stack per project. A small senior team cannot be excellent in six of them, and the client is the one who pays for the learning curve when you pretend otherwise.

An MVP is four to eight weeks. AI and automation work is usually one to three weeks. A custom system is three to six months, delivered in working increments rather than one reveal at the end. We quote a fixed scope and a fixed price after a paid discovery sprint, so the timeline you get is one we have actually costed rather than one we hope for. Payment is staged against those increments. If week three looks wrong, you find out in week three.

Everything we ship is built to GDPR from the first commit rather than audited into compliance later. On our time and attendance system that meant a full data processing package, including a processor and sub-processor split and a generator for the legal documents the client has to produce for their own employees. We host in the EU on infrastructure we manage. We do not send your data anywhere you have not agreed to, and that includes AI providers: nothing goes to an external model unless it is in scope and you have signed off on it.
