We needed help with Salesforce integration for our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SETGO Partners is helping us with our full sales and marketing integration into Salesforce. They take all of our tools and make them useful for us — it’s a complete load lift in that capacity. We also have a CRM integration, including HubSpot. Overall, the team manages our sales team, and we make regular catch-up calls to check how they're doing.

We’ve spent around $90,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in May 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to their tools, our sales team has been able to close deals with ease. Additionally, they quickly solve the issues that arise.

How did SETGO Partners perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform very well with project management. In terms of communication, we use Google Meet and regular phone calls to keep everyone updated. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re very impressed with their capacity to understand our needs and execute solutions to address them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You need to invest time and money on Salesforce integration projects, but they're great at taking care of the work.
