We developed a campaign and field management system for a large franchised retail organization to streamline operations, enhance data accuracy, and improve decision-making. By automating campaign workflows and integrating data across key stakeholders, the system reduces administrative burden and ensures seamless communication between central teams and area managers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new campaign and field management system has delivered measurable benefits to the organization. By automating key workflows and synchronizing data between area managers and the central team, we’ve significantly reduced the time required for campaign setup and data validation, enhancing overall efficiency.

The system has also improved data accuracy by minimizing errors and protecting critical fields from unauthorized edits, ensuring consistency across all levels of the organization. Communication and collaboration have been streamlined, with real-time access to campaign data eliminating the need for manual reporting or unnecessary follow-ups.

Perhaps most importantly, this system provides a scalable foundation for future growth, allowing the organization to easily adapt to new campaigns, additional locations, and evolving operational needs. These improvements position the organization to execute campaigns more effectively while supporting long-term strategic goals.

Set & Forget's project management was exemplary from start to finish. Julio communicated timelines clearly, kept the project on track, and consistently delivered all components on or ahead of schedule. Responsiveness was a standout feature; they were quick to address questions and adapt to changes without hesitation.

Their creative problem-solving gave me confidence that any challenges would be handled efficiently and with no delay or additional cost. Julio maintained a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset throughout the project.

Overall, their project management was seamless, and their commitment to delivering great results on time made this a highly successful project.

What impressed me most about Set & Forget was their deep expertise in Google Apps Script and their ability to translate complex technical concepts (for me) into practical, user-friendly solutions. As someone who was entirely new to Apps Script before this project, I felt supported every step of the way.

The objective was to launch a new add-on on the Google Workspace Marketplace. The add-on development required Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, Google Cloud API knowledge. Deliverables were:

• Successful launch on the Google Workspace marketplace
• Easy app management via Google Sheets
• Attractive UX/UI design of the add-on within Google Drive

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Successful outcomes included:

• successful verification by Google to be listed on the Workspace marketplace
• user friendly add-on that allowed users to install Google Sites templates

Their project management was flexible and responsive. I was able to use any communication means that I found convenient. My project manager and developer, Milton S., was positive and knowledgeable in all interactions. I felt completely confident that my needs would be met in time and under budget.

The personable, hands-on approach of Set and Forget was outstanding. I also appreciated their active collaboration, ideas and professional implementation.

Overall, more suggestions could have been proposed for a more polished end product. However, I do believe there are inate design limitations of these Google apps.

We initially contracted Set N Forget for custom coding to augment and automate our and scheduling dispatch process for our 300 drivers. With their assistance we developed a custom program using Twilio integration and webhooks to automote each drivers individual daily dispatch. The Set N Forget team delivered a fully automated custom solution that enabled our company to save approximately 300 - 350 man hours per year.   

We then contracted the same team to develop a similar custom interface to manage our internal breakdown tech services for our fleet. The team delivered a solution involving a custom dashboard and database in a fully automated environment, allowing our maintenance department to manage the same workload with 2 less adminstrators, while increasing the response time to the departments internal customers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Reduction in total manhours to complete the end of day dispatch process 
• Increased productivity and responsiveness in our maintenance division to service our internal fleet of over 400 semi trucks and trailers.

• A timeline broken down into phases was shared after initial discovery sessions and SOWs
• All deliverables were met on time according to the project timelines 
• Project managers were available through instant messenger and responded to any inquiries or service escalations wthin 2-3 hours or sooner (except for holidays)
• Bi-weekly virtual meetings were held to review progress, demo the work completed up to that point, and collect feedback from the project stakeholders on additions or change requests
