For what projects/services did your company hire ServReality, and what were your goals?

For a long time, the only method for our customers to order our food was to contact the office, wait on hold for an unknown period of time, and cross your fingers. Because we are aware of how intimidating this process may be, ServReality have helped us develop a special solution that is suitable for both customers and us

All we need is your contact information and delivery Information and using the app just takes a few seconds. The app gives you the option to place an order of the food of your choice or of any of our products. When we receive it, we'll call you to finalize the details.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We sought a company that would meet our aesthetic requirements for the app and web platform and has a track record of success, strong references, examples of completed projects, availability, and clear communication. Additionally, we discovered more information at ServReality

We routinely met to discuss the aims and objectives of the app throughout the project's design phase, and we also worked through ideas and problems. After that, we started the project's research phase and developed an experience flow for app users. After everything was finished, we received design samples and extremely precise Hi-Fi designs.

When the design was finalized, it was time for development to take over; shortly after, we had a working version of the app. We were well-informed about what happens behind the scenes and the team was incredibly dependable.

Several different team members from the design, development, and administrative departments were involved in our interactions. Our PM made an effort to keep everyone informed.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

When finished, the app was stunning and effective. Everything operates as expected. Everyone who has used it has been really happy with the outcomes. As a result, we take on the same projects twice in a year

We had weekly meetings and calls. Had messages passed across via emails. We worked with the team in charge of the project, and they were responsive

They made sure that our vision, timeline, and goals were met. They were always available to answer any questions we had.

We originally hired Servreality to take over our web design efforts for the aesthetic of our app. And , we expanded our relationship; they produced our commercial and developed an app for our brand to track our customers orders

We found the company through clutch by searching online for AR/VR developers

ServReality worked on our app’s logo and branding , and we went through an editing process where they gave us design options. Everything was done on Figma and adobe. They didn’t do any work that Involves development since my other company handled that.

We worked with five of their experts from the ServReality team. Two of them handles the UI/UX design tasks and offers inside knowledge of the app space, while the other three worked on the app developments

We've gotten great feedback from the commercial. People think the app is easy to use and access. It's clean, simple and exactly what we had envisioned

ServReality project management is good. To manage the project, we use Monday and Google Documents. We’ve done everything in person.

They have a good understanding of how a food company app should be run. They have been helpful and handy with our other projects

The project was consited with modeling special equipment based on photos and CAD data, programming logic of exam and training modes and developing Web Server for statistic extraction

Launch of the project gave us an opportunity for 5 new similar projects

It was very effective, I've got weekly update and immediated touch through whatsapp

They are very flexible and are real professionals who can realize anything you can imagine.
