What challenge were you trying to address with Service Nation Alliance?

I needed help with business development because my business wasn’t doing well. I knew we needed changes to our procedures and even business model, which wasn’t working as well as it used to in the new economy due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Service Nation Alliance provides guidance tailored to the direction I want my business to go. They educate me on industry best practices and offer customized recommendations. They also provide training and workshops and connect me with other members of their company.

They’ve executed my company’s rebrand and designed our vehicle wrap. They design promotional products, brochures, and contracts. At my membership level, they offer three credits a month for design services: an entire rebrand is worth three credits, a brochure is two credits, and a contract is one credit. 

“Service Roundtable” is the lowest membership level. I am a member at the “Alliance” level, which includes an AV group, free training, and design services. “Premier” is the highest level and includes the benefits of the lower levels and one-on-one coaching.

What is the team composition?

I work with 5–6 members of their team on a regular basis, including their design team and a teammate in recruitment and sales who updates me about training offerings.

How did you come to work with Service Nation Alliance?

I received a postcard in the mail from them promoting a “Success Day” event in Maryland. I attended and became a member on the spot.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent $13,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The partnership began in April 2022, and we are still working together.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The rebrand that Service Nation Alliance has been successful; I’m very satisfied with their work. Although I don’t have specific numbers to measure brand awareness, the new brand stands out and has definitely caught the attention of potential customers. 

How did Service Nation Alliance perform from a project management standpoint?

They meet deadlines and stay within budget. We communicate through email and phone calls; I access most of their services via their website.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Service Nation Alliance is an extremely valuable asset — they’re priceless, really.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they’re doing everything I could ask for.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You have to be proactive. Service Nation Alliance offers so many tools and trainings; if you take advantage of every opportunity, the membership is priceless.
