Our company’s name is Tricity Diaries and what we do is promote every business that’s in the vicinity of the area we’re operating in, which is Northern India. We promote businesses on our website through SEO and more, providing them with leads.

What challenge were you trying to address with Seogirl?

We needed help with blog management, keyword research, SEO, and on-page optimization.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Seogirl is managing our SEO website, making sure it’s always ranking amongst the top websites. She has also been posting on the blog for me. We divide our days for the work that she does for us. So the first 10 days of the month, we focus on our blog and then we focus on backlinking. After that comes other things that our website needs like keyword optimization and such. Every month she provides data to show the progress of the month and how it can be further improved.

I take care of the marketing part of the work and if I find a business to add to our website, I reach out to our development specialists who are based in Canada. They take care of adding new businesses and will reach out to Seogirl to establish the keywords to promote.

What is the team composition?

I tend to only work with the CEO of the company. I give her the details of what we want, which she relays to her team. I’ve been to their office and have spoken with some of their employees, but my communication is mostly with their CEO.

How did you come to work with Seogirl?

I received a reference from a friend of mine, I think he found Seogirl on Facebook. They seemed more reliable than all the other people we were talking to.

How much have you invested with them?

It should be around 70 to 1 lakh rupees (approximately $1,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together at the beginning of 2020 and the collaboration is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Everything has been pretty good so far. They have been doing a brilliant job of keeping me at the top of the rankings. They’ve focused on the work we’ve told them to do and they deliver all projects on time.

Every month we give them a fixed date so we can review their work and I believe they’ve always been on time. I’ve been very satisfied with their work they have delivered. I’d give them a 9.5 out of 10.

How did Seogirl perform from a project management standpoint?

We mostly communicate through phone calls and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are very reliable, and we often don’t find people that are reliable in this field. Often, vendors just take your money and won’t really deliver the work.

Seogirl is honest with their work and is very reliable. We haven’t had any complaints about not receiving deliverables or getting work turned in late. This was the main thing that pushed me to work with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We could communicate a little bit better with them. It’s not only their fault but also ours as well due to the fact that we’re very busy most of the time.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They are really good and will help your business out.
