I am the marketing director of a small catering company. We provide food services for companies and individuals.

We were growing our services, and we wanted to expand our reach. We hired them to provide full-scale SEO services to improve our rankings and grow traffic to our existing pages.

We followed a referral and interview them along with 4 other companies. After hearing their proposal and price point, we felt their team was the perfect fit.

Our engagement began with a discovery phase and we laid out our goals. They helped us with keyword research and performed an analysis of our competitors. From there, they made on-site changes and created new collateral with our updated tactics and keywords. Their team also writes monthly blog posts for our website, gearing it toward our target demographic.

They assigned a project manager who distributed work amongst their team. There were 2 SEO specialists in communication with us.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since implementing the SEO efforts, we're ranking on the 1st page for several keywords. Our site traffic is steadily growing, too. Some visitors to our store told us that they found out about our services online, which is a good sign.

They've been great at managing our expectations and meeting deadlines. We mostly use email to communicate, and they're always quick to respond and implement changes. We have a monthly roundtable meeting with both of our teams for big updates.

Their level of professionalism and overall knowledge within the industry stood out. They put in a lot of due diligence before getting started, and it's ensured we've had a smooth project. Also, I really appreciate their follow-through and willingness to deliver.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'd like it if they came to the table with more ideas. They're great at implementing ours, but a display of more creativity on their end would be nice.

The project started with broad research on our competitors and our main keywords. afterward, they began designing the web application to our satisfaction. and finally, they developed the full functionality of our services.

Seo Top did a very good job and satisfied all our needs. the site began getting traffic and users signing in.we have more than doubled our clients by now.

They have a fully automated report system that my company gets automatically. we are able to see our top pages and relevant keywords, our site's traffic, and even our leads are being managed via our online excel service and just keep getting updated.

No! they did everything just right keep up the good work!
