Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the marketing director of a food producer company - Polar Food. A company founded in 2016. with Polar Food as a brand that offers an extensive range of frozen food: vegetables, fruits, dough, fish, cakes, and ice cream. It is characterized by one common feature – the highest quality, natural ingredients, carefully selected and processed using traditional recipes and modern, innovative production technologies.

We hired Senso creative agency for the development of our brand in both domestic and foreign markets because of their expertise, knowledge and experience with phenomenal results through the realized projects we have seen and because of the recommendations we received.

The cooperation included the design of logos, names of products, content, and final production: print, brochures, posters, final product packaging, web design, SEO and digital marketing: The most valuable thing in cooperation with them is getting a long-term partner who understands our needs and goals, our business and the market in which we operate.

First, they do market research, your services, products in both domestic and foreign markets. After that, they receive a detailed brief from our side, supported by their questions and guidelines. We got from them detailed instructions for process communication so that everyone would be as productive and efficient as possible so that in the end the whole project would turn out as efficiently as possible.

They provide several proposals of solutions and elaboration of the same was always excellent and we got more than we expected even though we have many years of experience with marketing agencies, and we already knew what we can expect.
