Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

ERP adminstration & support of LX/BPCS application landscape.  Assistance in migration of those systems to SAP and integration requirements between those systems, SAP and other ERP systems of acquistions.  Liason to hardware vendor and maintenance support.  Multiple deliverables associated with the items above including project plans, process documentation, training documentation and end user support.

Successfully transitioned and supported our enterprise Pasta application environment following company separation.

Delivered multiple custom enhancement initiatives and modernization projects while minimizing operational disruption.

Established an ongoing managed services partnership providing responsive application support and continuous improvement.

Very responsive, on-time delivery of agreed upon deliverables and support any time requested across numerous requests for support.  Leveraged regularly scheduled status meetings to stay aligned on priorities and status.  Overall excellent business partners.

We have been working with Seneca for many years now, even going back to the parent company we were divested from in 2022.  They have always provided value-added support for the cost, which is why we have continued using them.

Continue their existing relationships and management practices to stay close to client needs and maintain relationships as they have been doing.

I’m the CTO of a software company that provides software products and platforms to thousands of customers, mostly around building websites and mobile experiences.

What challenge were you trying to address with SenecaGlobal?

We had a lot of work we needed to get done, so we hired SenecaGlobal to bring in some offshore developers to help us get our development work done quicker.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SenecaGlobal provided us with staff augmentation services. We did a lot of the discovery on our end, sharing all our documentation, including functional and technical requirements. We worked with the team on more technical requirements, designs, and wireframes. SenecaGlobal helped build out a lot of the software and was mostly involved in building and testing the software.

As for the technology stack, they used C#, ASP.NET, HTML, SQL Server, jQuery, and Entity Framework.

We worked with three teammates from SenecaGlobal, including a project manager and two senior developers.

How did you come to work with SenecaGlobal?

We found them through a referral.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from November 2018–December 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

SenecaGlobal's developers were very talented and knowledgeable. The team helped us save time and money, probably around $50,000–$60,000.

How did SenecaGlobal perform from a project management standpoint?

The team delivered work on time and within budget. We used Trello for project management.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The best thing about SenecaGlobal was the quality of their work. I had experience with other offshore companies, and the quality of their work wasn't always good. With SenecaGlobal, we didn't have any of those issues. They worked around our schedule, and there was no language barrier.

No, there weren't any.

I was the CTO at a healthcare company that uses AI, clinical services, and real-time sensors to improve medication adherence and disease management, helping healthcare organizations enhance patient outcomes and reduce costs.

What challenge were you trying to address with SenecaGlobal?

When I took over the engineering effort, we needed to migrate a legacy deployed system to AWS. I partnered with SenecaGlobal to analyze, roadmap, and successfully migrate the platform. We then scaled it and made it HIPAA compliant, setting us up for continued success with large enterprise clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The main deliverable was a highly scalable HIPAA compliant system, which was a significant evolution from the initial proof of concept I inherited. SenecaGlobal brought in the necessary talent from their deep resource pool to manage the cloud migration, security, scalability, and compliance. Their teams of specialists accomplished all parts of our platform roadmap.

The project started in July 2022 and is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We transformed a system that struggled with a few hundred patients into one that was stress tested to handle over 10,000 patients. Stability improved to over 99% uptime.

We communicated through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

How did SenecaGlobal perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was excellent, not only delivering on time but also communicating regularly about issues or blockers, which enabled us to continue making meaningful progress.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The most impressive aspect was the ease and willingness of SenecaGlobal to go the extra mile to ensure success. Their team genuinely cared, and it showed in their deliverables every day.
