Vendor was tasked with various deliverables as part of a bigger migration project, that spanned 110 incremental deliveries in AGILE fashion, over the course of 3 years. During these deliveries, any task that required performance enhancement and/or optimisations to the code to meet our SLAs, were in some way, shape or form, worked upon by the hired developer.
