SelIx10 was chosen to conduct a complete third-party UX and quality assurance audit of an eCommerce platform of our client. They did not leave out any detail of the user experience, which included searching through products and making a purchase. They found the performance bottlenecks, laid-down layout bugs, test speed of page loads, and experimented integrations with payment systems in their team. Detailed audit reports and a list of fixes was the key deliverables and they were implemented with our developers.

The site has been made much faster and more stable after they made the recommendations. The checkout became less problematic and the conversion rate of the client also improved. Bouncing rates and user complaints decreased, as well, after launch.
