I’m the marketing manager at Wellforia Health, a Canadian-based manufacturing company.

What challenge were you trying to address with SellerPump?

We realized we needed to be more aggressive on Amazon and needed help with listing optimization and PPC.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SellerPump has been working collaboratively on making PPC campaigns.  They started with a free audit where we gave them access to our business analytics and our Amazon profile. They indicated what went wrong before our collapse and provided us with a vision of our positions in our category, our market share, and our rankings with popular search terms.

Their team also helped us with listing optimization and search term harvesting; they work with pictures, messages, titles, listings, etc.

Overall, they've created A+ content and optimized PPC campaigns, created followers, and implemented the follower strategy for Amazon.

We started with a three-month contract and continued with them because we were happy with their service.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our metrics, impressions, and orders increased in less than a month.

How did SellerPump perform from a project management standpoint?

They've exceeded our targets and deadlines in one month — we’re fully satisfied with their work. In terms of communication, we have phone calls twice a week and use Messenger.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication is simple, which is outstanding. They also don’t try to overwhelm us with numbers; they keep it as simple as possible and make it crystal clear for us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I’d have them improve — they try to understand our strategies and vision to implement them in our campaigns.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Show them as much information as you can.; they want to have the full picture of your business to know how to operate.

I’m the head of marketing at one of the top leading manufacturers of high-quality replacements such as air and water filters for refrigerators. We have a brand called Mist that has been in the market since 2015. We’ve also been selling on Amazon since 2018. I joined the company in January 2019, and part of my responsibilities is managing our sales channels like Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart, and Shopify.

We needed help with Amazon advertising services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SellerPump provides us with SEO and PPC services for our Amazon sales channel. Initially, we provided them with access to our Amazon Seller Central account, and they made an audit of our current situation to define a growth path for the following year.

We’ve worked with three people from SellerPump: Alexandru (Founder), Igori (CEO & Co-Founder), and a project manager they assigned to our project.

How did you come to work with SellerPump?

We found SellerPump as Upwork freelancers; they weren’t an established agency yet. When we had a call with them, we felt comfortable with their experience, so we decided to give them a try.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $95,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in August 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

When we hired SellerPump, we only had six products on Amazon, so their initial approach was to rank them organically. They warned us that we wouldn’t see results for the first 6–8 months, which made us feel uncomfortable because we would only be spending money without almost any results. However, from month nine forward, we started seeing that we were spending less and earning more.

Thanks to the path that SellerPump chose for us, we’re now seeing excellent results, including the following:

• We've increased our products on Amazon from 6–36, five of which are among the top Amazon products in our niche market.
• Our sales coming from Amazon advertising have increased from $20,000–$180,000.
• Our advertising cost has decreased from 30%–14%, increasing our profit margins.
• Finally, our monthly orders have increased from 800–6,000.

How did SellerPump perform from a project management standpoint?

SellerPump is always responsive. I have bi-weekly calls with the project manager and monthly calls with Alexandru and Igori. Still, I can reach out to them whenever I need to, and they usually reply within 30 minutes. Additionally, they provide us with great and easy-to-understand reports that display weekly or bi-weekly metrics.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The level of connection we have with SellerPump is impressive. They don’t feel like an outsourced provider but rather like a group of people within our company. We also work with other companies for our other different sales channels, but we don’t feel the same personal approach that SellerPump offers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing comes to mind.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Provide SellerPump with as much information as you can. The more data they have, the more likely they will provide you with great results.
