Purchased ice cream machine from Vevor on 7/5/23 with a delivery date of 7/10/23. Vevor updated its system on 7/5/2023 to confirm it placed the shipment order. 7/10/23 came and went - the item wasn't delivered. I reached out to Seko Logistics and Vevor by separate email. Vevor responded and apologized by offering a $30 refund in exchange for my patience. Seko Logistics ignored me. Seko Logistic's tracking website estimates delivery by 7/17/23.

 I am writing this review on 7/18/23. Seko Logistics has not responded to one of my three inquiries. They have completely ignored me. Now Vevor is suggesting they will only refund me upon return of the machine! How am I supposed to assume responsibility to return something that I never received?! STAY AWAY FROM SEKO LOGISTICS AND ANY COMPANY THAT USES THEM!
