Approached them with our initial plan for a service. Discussed brand focus and designed full suite of online presence, from logo design to full web presence.  Continued to iterate on design as new features we envisioned and planned.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

UX/UI design complete, ready for handover to our development team.  Also, we asked them to procure an affordable explainer video development, which they were able to facilitate on time and on budget.

Overall, they were incredibly responsive to our needs, even helping us to think through issues when our needs were unclear.  Promised times were generally always met.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication was excellent.  There was very little technical push back and overly formal processes for the sake of process.  When process was necessary, we had it, but, in general, we could discuss pros and cons of choices, make attempts at efforts and work through the results. Working with Sein Analytics feels much closer to working with a colleague than with an outsourced vendor.
