As they knew what we were looking for, they set up the right milestones and took the project phase-wise. It was a combination of a bit of logo design and an overall website revamp We used Adobe XD for design and feedback. It was all managed wonderfully with their designers and our in-house design team.

We started the project by explaining our requirements to the experts at SeekThem. We explained what we wanted to gain from a new WordPress website and what we wanted to incorporate from the old site. We reviewed some of the potential designs and features to decide on the best possible layout. We wanted a site that was easy to navigate and had a minimal copy. We were looking for a website that had text pop-ups when users hover their mouse over certain sections. The old website had become a repository of information, so we made it very clear that we wanted a clean, minimal, and user-friendly site that showcases our news and events. We needed a site with a logical design to guide the visitors and users to the information they need.

The new website was a part of our branding strategy. It had got a new look and had all the features we needed. When our site was launched, we received tremendous amount of positive feedback - both externally and internally. Users actually knew where to go and said that the website is efficient and straight-to-the-point.

In the initial stages, we communicated almost every day. It wasn’t every day in the later stages, but they regularly communicated with us through Skype and emails. All our issues were quickly resolved and our suggestions were taken care of. They were collaborative and organized, making the partnership work really well.

We were very happy with their responsiveness, skills, and commitment. They have great knowledge and experience of WordPress and know how to build a stunning website.

No. I don’t think they need any areas for improvement. They handled the project very well.

We later realized that wasn’t working and we spent a few thousand dollars on a new website that again couldn’t convert the targeted audience.

Our website is kind of a sales service site for residential owners, new construction builders, and management enterprises who wanted us to entirely redo the exteriors and interiors of their buildings and homes. We hired SeekThem for a complete rebranding of our company that includes a brand makeover, rebranded letterhead designs, a new website, etc. The new website is visually appealing and very simple to use. The portfolio section allows people to spend a lot of time exploring our website and are a lot more interesting than the old site. They also took care of our hosting and maintained our website for some time.

There were around 4-5 people who worked on our project. I regularly interacted with a project manager.

SeekThem changed the entire look and feel of our website. The website was engaging and user-friendly. This success of the website could be determined in the fact that we received more traffic and leads. We were able to convert them into sales as well.

SeekThem is amazing from their project management point of view. They used a great platform to manage the project and I could easily see the work progress and send suggestions. SeekThem was never behind the schedule. Everything was pre-planned and they were always waiting for me to share the information. As soon as I shared the information, they would move the project forward. It was a new experience working with SeekThem. I don’t understand “Tech English” and they worked really hard to explain things in a simple way. They were patient and enthusiastic about our project.

We are impressed with their high-quality work. They were not cheap at all. I think that’s one thing that really distinguishes SeekThem from other companies. You will notice that in their work. When you get a bid from them, it’s a bit high-dollar, but it’s 100% worth it. I got great service from them.

SeekThem is honest, transparent, and clear in most aspects including billing. We are satisfied with their service.

We approached them and they presented us with a proposal. We liked it and decided to work with them.

Their team worked with us to understand our requirements, specifically in crafting the scope of work. From there, we worked with their designer to decide the actual look and feel of the web pages and to identify any design features that we needed. Then, we collaborated with a project manager who took care of the development, design, and testing of the platform. Once the site was done and all the modifications that we requested were implemented, they deployed the platform. They offered training and continued support as well.

The visible outcome is our platform became more intuitive and organized. It reflects our core values and what we had to offer. We were also able to implement video components on the website. The website gave us the opportunity to showcase our selling points.

The entire SeekThem team was very much engaged and was quick to turn things around. Along with this, they were accommodating. The project took a little bit longer than expected because of us since we wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Other than delay on our part, team SeekThem was always on time and sometimes even ahead of schedule. They regularly communicated with us through Skype and we knew exactly what was going on with our project. We were involved in every stage and were aware of the minute details of the project.

Something that impressed us the most about SeekThem is, that they were willing to work with us and understand our company. They had the right ways of doing things. They allowed us to customize and modify the design to suit our needs.

We were very particular about what we wanted on the design part. They had skilled designers who used a creative corner to add more to our website. But they were very patient and modified the design as per our suggestions.
