• Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, source, and onboard staff with specific technical and functional expertise (e.g., cybersecurity professionals, IT specialists, engineers, etc.) to meet project needs.
• Integration & Collaboration: Ensure that the augmented staff integrate seamlessly into the existing teams and workflow, working under the client’s direction, following the existing processes, and maintaining organizational standards.
• Training & Upskilling: Provide training for the augmented staff to ensure they meet the client’s specific requirements and adapt to the work environment effectively.
