What I found most impressive and unique about Search Scientists is their deep understanding of PPC advertising and their innovative approach to campaign optimization. Their communication is excellent, and their attention to detail is evident in every aspect of their work. They are professional, well-organized, and highly responsive to my needs.

Their ability to analyze data and implement strategies that significantly increase ROAS while decreasing CPA has been remarkable. This level of customization and commitment to my business's success truly sets them apart.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Search Scientists could have done differently?

It’s challenging to identify specific areas for improvement since we’re still in the early stages of implementing our 'crawl, walk, run' strategy. Progress can feel slow at times, especially without a comprehensive macro roadmap in place. Their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail are outstanding, and more than make up for any doubts that I have about them being successful.

The goal was to increase enrollment for our various public classes and to help increase revenue while spending on advertising in a responsible way.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been using Search Scientists since 2021 and we credit Search Scientists with helping us grow from a very small single-member company to a very reputable size. When comparing 2020 to 2021, Search Scientists helped our sales double. From 2021 to 2022, our sales grew by 45% thanks to the work of Search Scientists and from 2022 to 2023, we also saw an increase in revenue, making 2023 our best year yet!

The communication has always been strong as I receive monthly updates on the performance of ads, communication regarding strategizing (or re-strategizing) and we also have planning meetings to discuss goals, plans and ensure that our efforts are synced.

When I contacted Search Scientists, I was originally handling our PPC ads. I think a nice, extensive audit of our campaigns would have been great in the beginning.
