I’m the manager of Bryn Labour Club. We’re a public bar that provides entertainment and alcohol to club members.

What challenge were you trying to address with Search Focus?

We wanted to promote our business and get new, younger members.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Search Focus handles our online advertising. They created a website for us from scratch that enables us to answer emails quickly and receive messages from people inquiring about our function rooms. Their team also does our SEO and PPC.

What is the team composition?

I only work with Terry (Owner).

How did you come to work with Search Focus?

Terry is a member of the club. The engagement started before I joined, and Terry’s partner at the time used to work here.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested less than £5,000 (approximately $6,500 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing engagement started in March 2010.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The site runs well and our services are dealt in a quick manner. They always respond to us in a short amount of time.

How did Search Focus perform from a project management standpoint?

If I have an issue or problem, I can get in touch with Terry straight away. We communicate through the telephone or when I send him a message.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Terry is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. If he isn’t available when I contact him, he gets back to me as soon as he receives my message and has a free minute. He’s very good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing at all.

Give them as much information as you can in relation to what you want to achieve and what your expectations are.
