Scientific Office for Auditing, Accounting & Consulting (SOAAC) was established in 1982 by Mr. Jamal Masoud. For more than 30 years in the industry, SOAAC has provided a wide range of audit, consulting, taxation, and accounting services for many local and international companies and for various sectors.

Our services are provided through a highly qualified and skilled staff who are dedicated to providing professional services and are capable of helping clients with their business matters. We are committed to assisting our clients in every respect. We see ourselves as trusted business advisors, and compliance matters managers and we are specialized in providing a wide range of audit services. SOAAC established a branch in the city of Aqaba since it became a special economic zone authority (aseza). Through our extensive knowledge of the law of this special economic zone, we assist our local and international clients to start and develop their businesses and obtain tax exemptions and other economic benefits.
