I am the business head at Travels Moon. I specialize in India-based travel packages. My job is building itineraries and booking flights, hotels, and tours for clients based on their needs. I also help them find the best trip prices and advise them on what to do when they're there.

Our company hired SCI Digital to help us design and market our website, which we wanted to be able to reach customers around the world. We also wanted to have a site that would be easy to update and maintain, as well as one that would be easy for users to navigate.

I selected this vendor because they were able to meet all of my needs, including the ability to design a website that would appeal to an international audience. They also offered excellent marketing strategies that I was able to incorporate into my website.

The main objective of the project is to design a website that will be used for marketing and selling products. The scope of work includes: 1. Designing the website, including all pages and subpages with all necessary elements 2. Creating content for each page based on a template provided 3. Developing a mobile version of the site for smartphones and tablets in accordance with Google's standards for mobile sites (responsive design) 4. Providing all images, icons, logos, etc., which are required by the client's brand image guidelines

The project was a success. We were able to get a lot of traffic to the site and make sales. We were also able to get clients from all over the world, which was great!.

Our project management style is very clear and direct. We used slack, Trello, and Google Docs for communicating with our project manager - Rahul.

The most impressive thing about SCI Digital is their dedication to its clients. They are committed to providing the best possible product for their clients, and they're always open to feedback on how they can improve. I also love how well-designed their website is — it's clean, modern, and easy to use. I reach to them via their website.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

NOTHING, but it would be great if they start video creation services. I will be the 1st to call them.

We had a meeting via skype and some video calls through zoom to pinch down all that we wanted to appear on our website, they shared the framework and design with us. We shared all the information needed with pictures with them. They were always in touch with us on the progress to the final website we are having.

During the release of our website to the globe, we received positive remarks about it and everyone loved it.

They did everything perfectly. We had a problem with arrangement of pictures but they corrected it with immediate effect.
