Schultz & Associates, CPA, PLC is a full-service CPA firm based in Michigan providing accounting, tax, audit and advisory services to businesses and nonprofit organizations throughout the United States.
Our ecommerce CPA team provides ecommerce accounting services, monthly bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax preparation and tax planning for online sellers. We work with ecommerce businesses selling through Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy and other platforms, with particular experience integrating ecommerce activity through A2X and QuickBooks Online.
Our ecommerce accounting services are designed for growing businesses that need accurate monthly finanical statements they can use to manage inventory, cash flow, profitiablity and taxes. Our team understands the accounting challenges created by payment processors, marketplace fees, inventory, refunds, reserves, multiple sales channels and multistate operations.
Schultz & Associates also has a significant nonprofit accounting and audit practice. We provide nonprofit audit services to organizations throughout Michigan and work remotely with nonprofit organizations in other states. Our nonprofit CPA team has experience with financial statments audits, reviews, compilations, Form 990 preparation and ongoing nonprofit accounting.
We currently serve approximately 100 nonpofit organizations and perform roughly 50 nonprofit attest engagements. Our experience includes charitable organizations, foundations, Greek organizations, Habitat for Humanity affiliates and other organizations with grants, contributions, restricted funds and complex financial reporting requirements.
In addition to our ecommerce and nonprofit specialties, Schultz & Associates provides accouting, tax and advisory services to dental practices, franchise businesses, real estate companies and other privately held businesses.
From our offices in Canton and Kalamazoo, Michgian, our team combines the resources of an established CPA firm with industry.
