Describe the engagement in detail.

SWC has lost my business and personal tax business and any hope of gaining my other accounting, estate, IT or payroll business. After years of having my taxes immediately filed after signing the electronic transmission form. I signed the form April 9th and was notified for the first time today (May 6) that they had not been filed. I can't believe the negligence and violation of customer trust. Imagine if the PIT tax filing deadline had not been extended by the federal government. My tax return would have been late without an extension and fines applied where applicable. I've been paying SWC all these years to avoid that sort of thing.
