Key deliverables included the deployment of integrated communication tools that allow the school to send SMS and email notifications to parents, and staff for important updates such as fee reminders, announcements, and academic information.

The system also introduced automated accounting capabilities that simplified financial management. This included fee collection tracking, automated fee balance updates, financial reporting, and improved visibility of payment records.

In addition, the project involved the digitization of school records and administrative workflows. Student records, payment histories, and other administrative data were migrated into the system to reduce reliance on manual processes and paperwork.

Overall, the implementation of SMIS provided the school with a centralized platform for managing communication, financial processes, and administrative operations more efficiently while improving accuracy, reporting, and accessibility of information.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Scedar Technologies Co could have done differently?

Overall, the project was implemented successfully and met our expectations. The only downside was that additional features were introduced incrementally over time. This meant that some features were added after the initial training period. If more of these features had been available from the start, they could have been included in the initial training sessions, which would have made early adoption even smoother for staff.
