I'm the owner of Perspectives Counseling Center, a business services company. We provide individualized therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults in New Jersey. We offer both virtual and in-person sessions with a focus on culturally affirming, evidence-based care for diverse communities.

What challenge were you trying to address with Scaleket?

I wanted Scaleket to help me increase my clientele at my business. I basically needed to drive more referrals.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Scaleket has been helping me increase referrals, create landing pages, and optimize the workflow on my website for clients completing online forms. The team has also been doing my Google Ads. Regarding the landing pages, Scaleket has built them for child therapy, couples therapy, and virtual services. The team has built them right on my website and kept a similar design scheme, which I appreciate.Moreover, Scaleket has helped me see areas of my site and process that weren't optimized to their fullest potential. The team has told me that when people visit my website, they get stuck on certain pages. Scaleket has suggested having one page to see all of my therapists instead of having to click back and forth. The team has also suggested some SEO changes that might be helpful.

I've noticed that I have more referrals calling. I think my referrals have increased by at least 30%–40%. I hired a new therapist and was able to fill her in two weeks. Moreover, as soon as I started using Scaleket, my phone started ringing more often.
