Our primary objectives were to increase Amazon sales, improve keyword rankings and product visibility, optimize advertising spend (lower ACOS and TACOS while increasing ROAS), enhance our listings with compelling content and SEO, grow brand awareness, and establish a sustainable foundation for scaling PremiSpices into a leading brand.

ScaleA2Z provides end-to-end Amazon marketplace management and growth services for our brand. Their scope of work includes Amazon account strategy, product listing creation and optimization, keyword research and SEO, PPC campaign setup and management, A+ content recommendations, storefront optimization, product launch support, competitor and market analysis, performance reporting, and ongoing optimization to improve sales, profitability, and organic rankings. Key deliverables include optimized product listings, advertising campaign management, keyword targeting strategies, sales performance analysis, and actionable recommendations to help scale our business on Amazon.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since partnering with ScaleA2Z, we’ve seen measurable improvements across several key Amazon performance metrics. Our brand has generated over 929 unit sales and more than $15,000 in total sales revenue during the initial growth period. Our product listings have achieved an average conversion rate of approximately 12.9%, indicating that nearly 1 in 8 visitors completes a purchase. We’ve also maintained a featured offer (buy box) rate of approximately 98.6%, helping us maximize sales opportunities.On the advertising side, ScaleA2Z continuously optimizes our PPC campaigns by improving keyword targeting, refining campaign structure, and reducing wasted ad spend. This has led to stronger organic visibility and improved rankings for our core products while helping us work toward lower ACOS and TACOS targets as the account matures. Overall, the project has established a scalable foundation for continued sales growth and increased brand visibility on Amazon.During our engagement, our advertising performance has improved as campaigns are optimized. Our TACOS has decreased from approximately 38% to around 27%, reflecting stronger organic sales relative to ad spend. Daily ACOS generally stabilizes in the mid-40% range (around 45%) while campaigns are being optimized and expanded. ScaleA2Z continuously refines keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structure to improve efficiency over time.

How did ScaleA2Z perform from a project management standpoint?

ScaleA2Z manages the Amazon growth and marketing functions directly, including listing optimization, keyword research, PPC campaign management, performance monitoring, and strategic recommendations. Our team remains responsible for product sourcing, inventory management, pricing decisions, fulfillment logistics, branding approvals, and overall business operations. We work collaboratively, with ScaleA2Z providing execution and optimization while we make final decisions on major business and brand-related matters.

We’re most impressed by their strategic, data-driven approach and willingness to continually optimize our account. They’re responsive, knowledgeable, and consistently provide practical recommendations that improve our Amazon performance while keeping our long-term growth goals in mind.
