Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the VP of marketing operations at Wetherby Paper Mill. We manufacture and supply paper and cardboard products to wholesalers and dealers worldwide.

What challenge were you trying to address with Scale Chapter?

We wanted better results for our paid search campaigns and to optimize our spending so that we could cut down on unnecessary spending.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Scale Chapter has taken over our paid search campaigns and manages everything for us. We have weekly meetings with them, where they report updates and results. The team watches over the campaigns and makes adjustments where needed to cut out wasted spending.Specifically, Scale Chapter handles search term reviews, negative keyword updates, budget adjustments, campaign cleanup, and ongoing optimization of the account. We also get performance updates with notes on what they’re changing and where they see issues or opportunities.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve started seeing fewer irrelevant clicks, less budget wasted on search terms that aren’t going anywhere, and more spending shifting toward campaigns that are actually producing leads. Performance has also become more consistent month to month, which is one of the main things we want to improve.Specifically, in the first few months, our wasted spending has dropped by roughly 20%, our cost per lead has come down by around 15%, and we’ve gotten about 25% more qualified inquiries without increasing the overall ad budget.

How did Scale Chapter perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re a professional team that knows their stuff. We haven’t had any major problems regarding delivery on time. We mainly communicate through virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed by how involved Scale Chapter has been. They keep an eye on the account, make changes when they see something worth fixing, and explain the important stuff.
