I'm the CCTO of eConverge. We provide a cloud-based platform for job order contracting that streamlines cost estimating, procurement, and contract management with accurate, localized data and enhanced transparency for construction projects.

We wanted a modern-looking interface and access to an AI Wrangler.

What was the scope of work done by SBWorks?
SBWorks managed all of our UI/UX design and did a lot of programming and backend management for us. We wanted a clean, modern-looking interface for our new SaaS product. We also needed a team that was fully augmented with AI.
What is the team composition?
We originally worked with three teammates from SBWorks, but we now have four.
How did you come to work with SBWorks?
My son worked at HobbyLink Japan, and they had a lot of success using SBWorks. We liked their style and price.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in November 2024, and the engagement is ongoing. We liked what they did, so we signed them up for a long-term contract.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We launched our SaaS with a very nice UI/UX. We've received numerous compliments from customers and prospective customers. All are very impressed with how professional-looking our software is. It looks amazing.
How did SBWorks perform from a project management standpoint?
SBWorks has been very responsive and has delivered all their work on time and on budget. We have excellent communication and a very professional relationship. We primarily communicate through online messaging and email, with some in-person meetings in Tokyo.
