As an outsourced Senior Vice President of Sales, I help companies achieve breakthrough sales growth, discipline, and accountability, using proven sales processes. I have 20+ years of successful sales & sales management experience at both enterprise and small to medium size businesses. I assess and promptly resolve issues within your direct sales process and sales strategy including your sales talent, sales presentations and/or demonstrations, business development activity, compensation plans, sales targets and contracting.

♦ Build sales plans and processes and ensure effective sales activity reporting and forecasting
♦ Work each week to lead, develop, coach and drive your sales team, and hire as needed
♦ Implement best practices to increase sales readiness and effectiveness
♦ Create accountability, discipline & culture
HOW IT'S DONE:
♦ Work as your outsourced VP of Sales 1/2 day 1, 2 or 3 days per week
♦ Deliver services under a written and detailed Scope of Work (SOW) with schedules and timelines
