I’m the founder of a food delivery app.

We needed help to develop our food delivery app.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SAUBHAGYAM has developed our iOS and Android app from scratch. I created the wireframes, and they worked on the front and backend development of the app. It has a Google Maps integration, and it connects restaurants with drivers. If someone orders from my website, the order goes to the restaurant, and the app will call the nearest driver from the restaurant location.

We’ve also implemented something similar to Instagram. With this function, users can check in at restaurants, review them, and add videos and photos. Users can follow each other and chat with each other, and they can follow all the comments, mentions, and hashtags.

What is the team composition?

I only communicate with the project manager, and this person delivers everything to their team. I’m not sure how many people are involved.

I found SAUBHAGYAM online. They have good prices and good quality of work.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend $6,000–$7,000 per year.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2018, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

SAUBHAGYAM has helped me a lot. They’ve been more than willing to make some tweaks and changes to make the app work better. They’re a good team, and I’m very satisfied with their work. If there are any bugs, they fix them instantly.

How did SAUBHAGYAM WEB PRIVATE LIMITED perform from a project management standpoint?

SAUBHAGYAM is almost always online, and we use Skype to communicate. If I have any questions, they respond quickly. Their speed of delivery is very fast, and they're very accurate. I don’t have to explain a function over and over, and they implement them exactly as told them to. When we agree on a timeline, they deliver their work before that time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

SAUBHAGYAM’s price, quality of work, and delivery times are impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No — they’re very good.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you need a developer, I recommend them — try them once and you won’t be disappointed. Communicate with them and tell them exactly what you need. Provide some wireframes or images to make it clear so they can complete your project on the first try.

I'm the business manager of a team that does software development projects. We're a team of about 40 people, and we do software development in the trading, machine learning (ML), and Blockchain fields.

What challenge were you trying to address with SAUBHAGYAM WEB PRIVATE LIMITED?

I had an increase in the number of projects I was doing, and I needed to rely on somebody who had skills that my team was lacking. SAUBHAGYAM made those skills available to me quickly so that those projects could be successful.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We provide documentation, and SAUBHAGYAM provides backend developers. They have worked on four projects: a computer vision app, a trading app, a financial batch testing appl, and a financial accounting analysis app.

They provided somebody with great skills to work on the computer vision project for a client. The app does object recognition. They also provided somebody to join a team that was working on a web-based trading app. The app collects market data from crypto exchanges, analyzes and places orders based on that data, and writes high volumes of data to a database in real-time. 

The financial batch testing app collects lots of historic market data from some data vendors, stores it efficiently in a database, and performs calculations to simulate trading activity. Finally, the accounting application takes some reports generated by trading activity, pulls them together, and summarizes them.

What is the team composition?

We increase the number of developers depending on the project’s needs. At one time, we’ve had six developers from SAUBHAGYAM  working with us. Jatin (Business Development Executive) and Vishan (HR Executive) are line managers assigned to our project to help us.

I found them on Freelancer.com, and I decided to partner with them because of the ongoing support they described. I was also impressed by the way they were thinking of interacting with us.

We’ve probably spent $40,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2021, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I continue to use their services, and my customers seem happy with the projects they're involved in.

How did SAUBHAGYAM WEB PRIVATE LIMITED perform from a project management standpoint?

They are very good, conscientious, and responsible people who go out of their way to try and make sure that the job's done correctly.

We use Jira and Trello to summarize our sprints, and they’ve adapted to those tools. They are available 24 hours a day. They have teams working on three eight-hour sessions, so there's never any problem contacting them. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are professional, conscientious, and determined to end up with a satisfied client.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I have no complaints, which is why I'm continuing to work with them.

Any advice for potential customers?

Ensure that the communication with the team is frequent. SAUBHAGYAM’s team will make their best effort to ensure that the communication is good, so you can rely on them to do that properly.
