We had a team of 5.5 FTE in our Operations department to ensure all transactions were monitored and double checked manually to ensure no errors.

Our Opertaions team are now only 3 FTE, reporting is much improved and now instant.

Excellent resource and support from the CEO of the company shadowing our team and highlighting suggestions, to remote support and qtr review meetings. We are now improving the system and find that this is now efficiently undertaking,
