I'm the co-founder of a mobile game development company. We create mobile games and publish them with multiple brands.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Sarvotam Solutions to accomplish for your business?

We wanted a dedicated team to work on our project, so we hired an entire team of five people.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sarvotam Solutions developed the game from scratch. Initially, they asked me to have a call with them. In 5–6 calls, we confirmed the core gameplay and details of the game. After that, they created a game design document, wireframes, and art style documents. Once we approved those, they started creating game art, animation, and code as per the milestones and agreed deliverables.

We worked with 6–10 teammates from Sarvotam Solutions.

The product quality was better than expected, and the budget came out to be lower.

They met the timelines on time. The agreed deliverables were delivered properly as per the milestones described, and communications were maintained in a very healthy manner. Our primary form of communication was virtual meetings.

They had a very young team that played a lot of games, so they could get an easy idea about any game concept.
