BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am Gil Attia Co-founder and CEO of DGY Investments, a real estate broker based in Kyiv, Ukraine. We were founded in 2020.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire SAPHIRA Agency?

We needed full rebranding, along with an online marketing strategy to take us forward along with a team of people that could keep the content rolling daily. As a business, we were still new on the scene and were lacking a proper website. The team at Saphira really had to rise to the challenge, to really establish our brand in the digital space. It all turned out brilliantly, as you can see from our new and updated online channels.

How did you select this vendor?

Company selected on recommendation, after checking several offers.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Of course it all started with the logo, our old logo was outdated and we were very pleased with the modern logo they came up with and the colour palette to go with it,  which would be used across any materials they came up with for us.

Then we commissioned an animated short to explain our services, which turned out to be a useful addition. They pulled everything together by building us a brand new website from the ground up. To market the website, they built up our social media accounts and developed an ongoing social media strategy, which their in-house team would then curate. The work order was tall, but we as a business really felt they delivered on all fronts.

What was the team composition?

I will list the main staff we worked with. For creative we worked with Anastasia, for production we worked with Anastasia and Kseniia. Our web developer was Anton and our social media was developed by Anastasiia.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since we had the full rebranding, website, video and social media marketing done by Saphira, it has really upgraded our brand image. We have been able to present our company to investors in a lot more of a professional manner, while it has given our sales team much more confidence when pitching our services. This has led to more acquisitions and deposits, especially recently. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We appreciated the opportunity to work with such a talented team of marketing professionals.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are an up-and-coming agency but have built such a strong team they dealt with every request we had in-house and on time, to a high quality. 

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I don’t want to sell them down particularly, as everything went according to play. Yes their were some minor hiccups but this is to be expected with any b2b adventure. The final product was better than we expected and we’re happy to have worked with them.
